What kinds of clothes will you send me?

We send clothes that every guy needs — button-up shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, jeans, pants, and shorts.

We help you to look your best for dates, informal work settings, and at social events where first impressions matter.

How do you know which clothes will be right for me?

Our Style Team has years of knowledge about clothes, fashion, and menswear.

When you sign up, you can tell us as little or as much information as you’d like to help us understand your tastes in colors, styles, fits, and brands. You can also tell us about your lifestyle — how you spend your time and what matters to you.

Based on this information, our Style Team decides which brands and clothing combinations will work well for you and hand-selects your clothes.

Can I tell you what kind of clothes I need?

Certainly. When you create a profile you will be able to let us know what kinds of clothes you need (button-up, jeans, polos, etc). This will help our Style Team decide the exact items and styles to select for you.

During your membership, we will send you an email reminder about your next box that will include a link to let us know if you need something in particular or if you want to skip that shipment.

How do returns work?

We’re confident that we can pick out clothes that you will love. But in the event that you don’t like something, just send it back for a refund or exchange.

FedEx shipping is always free both ways and the return shipping label is included in your package.

How and when do I pay?

We accept most major forms of plastic (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We will also consider in-kind trades if you have old baseball cards or a vintage Ferrari.

We charge your credit card a $175 deposit when you request a box and bill you the remainder when it ships (approx 7 days later). You have 30 days to try on the clothes and decide what to keep. We assume that you’ll keep every item if we don’t receive a return from you within those 30 days.

Can I skip a shipment or change or cancel my plan at any time?

Of course. During your membership, we will send you an email reminder about your next box that will include a link to let us know if you want to skip that shipment.

We will do everything to make your membership as satisfying as possible. However, you are free to cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at support@unscruff.com. All membership cancellations must be in writing.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No way. unscruff Members can change plans or cancel at any time.
